- Connectivity provider sends a quote in PDF or sometimes excel
- Reseller likely has some questions
- Gets on a call to discuss
- Connectivity provider needs to update pricing
- Wait some more
- Receive quote from connectivity provider
- Reseller updates the pricing to the end customer
- Pricing is copy-and-pasted into a Quote
- Email to the Customer
Total damage : 1-3 days and God knows how many dollars.
