servicePath is closely monitoring developments in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic and have instituted contingency plans and processes to help ensure the safety of our employees and the continuity of service to our customers.
The servicePath CPQ+ platform is cloud-based, as are our internal support systems for communications, engineering, support, monitoring, backups, and knowledge management. There are no dependencies on local or centralized servers, storage, or infrastructure.
All of the people at servicePath are able to work remotely to continue providing our services in the event that they are unable to access our offices. Our Work From Home capabilities include highspeed internet and local power backups. Currently, we are following the directives set out by government health services in the regions where servicePath has presence which includes strongly advising all staff work from home.
All non-essential business travel for employees has been restricted. Self-isolation and Work From Home protocols are in place for employees who may have recently traveled abroad. We have increased janitorial services in our offices to regularly disinfect work stations and shared surfaces. Additionally, employees have been educated on appropriate hygiene, social distancing techniques, and the actions to take should symptoms arise, including self-isolation precautions.
Any planned on-site client meetings and training as well as all recruitment interviews have been changed to utilize Microsoft Teams or Zoom to avoid in-person contact.
