Daniel Kube
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Right after university, Daniel fully intended on pursuing a career in Social Work. He worked at a homeless shelter, volunteered overseas, and helped at-risk youth find employment in his hometown of Vancouver. But while assisting a local non-profit in acquiring new sponsors, he found himself drawn into the corporate world—and many companies have been glad he did. Over a career spanning two decades, Daniel has helped a series of organizations achieve accelerated growth, including Stericycle, Prompt Alert, IGLOO Software, PricewaterhouseCoopers, performancesoft, Actuate, and IONA Technologies. Today, as CEO of servicePath™, he focuses on aligning people, processes, and culture to propel the company forward. Beyond work, Daniel invests in start-ups, loves experimenting with new AI tools and solutions, and enjoys building—be it innovative companies or tackling renovation projects. He also sits on the boards of the Innovation Factory, Burlington Economic Development, and the Angel One Investor Network. We remain convinced Daniel never sleeps.
Mike Molson
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Growing up, Mike always wanted to travel the world. As an adult he made that dream a reality. He helped a number of start-up businesses as well as established corporations in Canada, UK, Qatar and UAE. As COO at servicePath™, Mike is building the infrastructure for world-class product, service and sales teams. He co-founded servicePath™ after recognizing that service providers lacked the tools and methodologies to adopt to the rapid technology and regulatory changes within the marketplace. Prior to servicePath™, Mike held pivotal leadership positions at: MEEZA, MessageLabs, Star Technology Group, AT&T Canada, MTS Allstream and Bird on a Wire Networks.
Ian Cross
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
They say that nothing compares to British humor. Working alongside Ian, CTO at servicePath™, we wholeheartedly agree – his dry wit and deadpan delivery endears him to both clients and staff. Ian’s passion for technology helps fuel his relentless drive to make servicePath™ CPQ+ the best CPQ platform in the market. A highly-regarded IT executive, Ian led large teams in the creation of products and services at a number of Data Center and IT Managed Service organizations including: MEEZA, 2e2 and Netstore.
Jim Latimer
Vice President of Implementation Services
Since finishing University in 1992, Jim has been driven by a passion for technology and customer service. It’s something you can’t help but get caught up in when you work alongside him. Jim co-founded Fort Nocs Network in 2001 after spending years working at Cyberplex. He served as CEO for seven years until the company was acquired by Centrilogic. Jim stayed at Centrilogic for four years helping to grow that company’s cloud computing capabilities (whew, say THAT fast ten times) and launching their next generation services. Now at servicePath™, he leads the implementation and service efforts. He is on the front lines with our clients and brings he fun, no-nonsense style to every engagement. Jim is so fanatical about providing good client service we are sure he would be working at Disney if he weren’t here with us.
Ben Buck
Product Director
After discovering his passion for programming during his time at Portsmouth University, Ben set his sights on a career in software development. His journey began as an analyst programmer at an international insurance company, where he quickly realized that his unusual blend of a love for both people and computers would shape his career path and led to a career of leading software development teams to build world-class software products that solve real-life problems. Ben has spent his career creating business management software, Accounting, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Configure Price Quote (CPQ) which make a real difference. Ben believes in empowering others to achieve success, recognizing that extraordinary accomplishments only emerge when empowered teams unite to deliver exceptional results.
Louise Wharton
Service Delivery Director
Louise Wharton is a seasoned leader with an unwavering passion for project management, service delivery, and an unwavering commitment to achieving excellence. Louise has consistently showcased her ability to drive successful project outcomes while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Before joining the dynamic team at servicePath™, Louise refined her project management expertise at respectable organizations such as iPlicit and One Advanced. Louise’s devotion to continuous improvement is not limited to her professional achievements; it is deeply ingrained in her leadership style. She boasts a proven track record of cultivating high-performing project management teams, nurturing talent, and implementing best practices to ensure the triumph of each project. Beyond her professional endeavours, Louise is a staunch advocate for work-life balance, recognizing its significance in maintaining a motivated and healthy team. In her leisure hours, she finds solace in the art of crocheting, reflecting her creative side.
Wajeeha Mohsin

During her time at university, Wajeeha aspired to create an impact either through her writing or her chosen career in Economic Development. However, fate took an unexpected turn, leading her to a career in HR where she discovered the opportunity to realize her passion for making a difference. She is fueled by her unwavering commitment to nurturing, developing, and inspiring both individuals and organizations.
She is a graduate of Bryn Mawr College, USA and London School of Economics, UK with over 12 years of experience spanning over three continents. Her academic background equips her with the ability to approach her work through a data-driven decision-making lens, and this is complemented by her relentless pursuit of innovative HR strategies that enhance performance and seamlessly align with the broader business vision. In her previous roles at renowned firms like VEON and METRO Cash & Carry, she has spearheaded transformative HR initiatives that have significantly improved organizational effectiveness. She is a big believer in lifelong learning and considers that every employee’s potential is a valuable asset, waiting to be unlocked. Her mission is to foster a culture where individuals thrive, making servicePath™ a magnet for top talent and a trailblazer in the industry. In her spare time, she is an avid reader, an aspiring writer, and an enthusiastic traveler.

Kyle Lear’s professional journey is marked by a passion for transformative change. In a past life at a leading enterprise test and measurement services company, he steered the digital transformation of the company from MBO to eventual sale, helping amplify its enterprise value by a staggering 800%. Digital innovation is Kyle’s forte. He boasts a track record of creating CPQ, e-commerce, purchasing, order fulfillment, and asset management solutions on an international scale. Renowned for his mastery over integrations, and data logistics, he’s adept at unifying diverse platforms. This reservoir of expertise now helps fuel servicePath™’s growth trajectory. Within servicePath™, Kyle’s product-centric vision is pivotal in refining platform architecture and engineering. As the anchor of our global development teams, his influence is instrumental to our rapid expansion. Kyle has catalyzed the company’s shift to a holistic agile framework, metamorphosing a singular team into dynamic squads.
