  1. Exciting Opportunities: When we have a new role ready to go, we shout it out loud on all the relevant platforms, showcasing the amazing opportunities at servicePath™.
  2. Join the Adventure: Candidates who meet our minimum requirements, as outlined in the job description, are invited to embark on an exciting journey with us. They’ll dive into technical challenges through various tests to gauge their technical competency and reveal their unique personalities through our assessments.
  3. Meet the Dream Team: Those who conquer the assessments get the chance to meet our fantastic team in an interview(s). We believe in open communication, and regular email updates through our internal HRIS system, Humi, ensure we stay connected throughout the process.
  4. Seal the Deal: Final candidates receive an offer that is contingent on clearance of a background check.
  5. A Seamless Transition: Once everything aligns perfectly, your onboarding adventure begins.
