    An Open Approach to Integration

    By Huda Javaid | Blog Post | 0 comment | 25 October, 2019 | 0

What makes servicePath one of the highest ranked CPQ systems, aside from its distinguished ability to rid the salesperson of half their labor, is its spectacular capability to integrate seamlessly with other systems. In order for any system to give its users a whole experience, it is vital it is sufficient in all aspects. In a perfect world, one product should be able to provide its users an end-to-end service in isolation – but as of now, that is far from conceivable.

That does not, however, limit us from aiming to achieve the unimaginable using all the resources at our disposal i.e. by integrating.

    Integration Adapters

Integration with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 through standardized integration adapters enables servicePath users to access the tool’s powerful CPQ capabilities right from within the CRM. This approach allows for quicker implementation while leveraging the CRM capabilities, existing user knowledge and helping helping you drive through every step of the sales process.

    Data Parsing Engine

servicePath’s Data Parsing Engine enables clients to import vendors’ product data and pricing. The servicePath platform will ensure pricing rules and field mapping are applied while importing data and a price list in the form of an Excel file. The imported products are under version control in Vendor Catalogues and can very easily be navigated to within the servicePath CPQ+ system. We provide the following Data Parsers with your software subscription to servicePath: Avaya, Cisco, Juniper, Mitel, Unify, Palo Alto, Check  Point, Extreme, HP Enterprise and unlimited ability to parse structured data into servicePath.

    Data Providers

servicePath integrates with a number of world class data providers to allow users to access products from vendors and distributors. servicePath ensures users have up to the minute product, stock level and price information in real time. This significantly reduces the time and effort to obtain pricing from a vendor and turn around a quote to a customer from hours/day to minutes.

    • Automated Distributor Catalogue – Access to 400+ distributors and 4.6M products for resell
    • Connectivity – Automated pricing for connectivity pricing for ethernet and broadband services
    • Hyper-Scale – Model out a complete solution using full breadth of hyper-scale portfolio

Importantly, servicePath’s approach has been enable providers to not just resell these products/services, but allow for their own value-add offerings to be layered on top.

Some of our data providers are: Azure, AWS, Amazon, Ingram Micro, Synnex – Westcon Comstor, Arrow, Stock In The Channel and many more.

    REST API and Webhooks

servicePath provides a RESTful API for Customer, Quote, Order and Product enabling integration with the wider enterprise architecture, notably into billing systems, service management systems and finance platforms.

Additionally, Webhooks enables notifications for activities like quote creation, forecasting of quote etc. on the servicePath CPQ platform to be delivered seamlessly to additional systems. This allows the users to stay up to date with any changes taking place and ensure that prompt action is taken when required.
